TicketSpa Refund Policy

Effective Date: December 31, 2025

At TicketSpa, we strive to make your event experience seamless. Please review our refund policy carefully before purchasing tickets.

1. General Policy

All ticket sales are final. Once purchased, tickets cannot be canceled, exchanged, or refunded for personal reasons, including changes in schedule, illness, or travel conflicts.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available only if an Event is officially canceled by the Organizer and is not rescheduled.

  • If an Event is postponed, your ticket remains valid for the new date, and refunds are generally not provided unless expressly approved by the Organizer.

  • TicketSpa will automatically process refunds only for eligible cancellations; no additional action is required from the ticket holder.

3. Refund Process

  • Automatic Processing: Refunds for eligible events are processed automatically by our system.

  • Payment Method: Refunds are returned to the original payment method used during purchase.

  • Timeline: Refunds will be initiated on the original scheduled date of the Event or as soon as possible after cancellation confirmation.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Minor changes to Event times or duration.

  • Changes in supporting acts, performances, or lineups.

  • Dissatisfaction with the Event experience or production quality.

  • Customer inability to attend due to personal circumstances.

5. Organizer Decisions

All decisions regarding cancellations, postponements, or other changes are made by the Event Organizer. TicketSpa is not responsible for Event changes and will only issue refunds where authorized by the Organizer.

6. Liability

TicketSpa is not responsible for any issues, damages, or injuries arising from attending an Event. Customers are expected to comply with venue rules and Organizer requirements.
