
TicketSpa Terms of Service
Effective Date: December 31, 2025
TicketSpa is a flagship product of CodeSpa (PV00337454), a private company registered in Sri Lanka. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the TicketSpa website, platform, and services (“Services”). By accessing or using TicketSpa, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.
TicketSpa reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting on the website. Please review this page periodically.
1. Definitions
- TicketSpa: The platform and services provided by CodeSpa for event ticket sales and management.
- Website: [website link], including all webpages, subdomains, and associated platforms used for ticket sales and event management.
- Customer: Any individual or organization using TicketSpa to purchase or attempt to purchase tickets.
- Organizer: Any individual, partnership, or organization responsible for organizing, promoting, and delivering an Event via TicketSpa.
- Event: Any event of any nature, including entertainment, sports, business, educational, religious, or family events promoted or sold via TicketSpa.
- Ticket: Any form of entry voucher, whether electronic (PDF, QR code, reference number) or physical, granting access to an Event.
- Services: Services provided by TicketSpa to Customers or Organizers, including ticket sales, event promotion, registration, payment processing, and delivery of tickets.
2. Ticket Purchase Policy
- All ticket sales are final. Tickets cannot be canceled, exchanged, or refunded except as described in the TicketSpa Refund Policy.
- Tickets are non-transferable except to immediate family or friends and may not be resold for profit. TicketSpa may cancel tickets resold above the original purchase price without refund.
- TicketSpa may require proof of purchase at the Event, such as the original email confirmation, ID, or payment method used.
- Customers are responsible for protecting their tickets from loss, theft, or unauthorized use. TicketSpa is not responsible for replacing lost or stolen tickets.
3. Event Attendance
- Customers are responsible for reviewing Event rules, including age restrictions, dress codes, and venue policies.
- Entry may be refused by the Organizer or venue management for violations of rules or unlawful/disruptive behavior. TicketSpa is not liable for denied entry, removal from the Event, or refusal of re-entry.
- Organizers control Event policies, including photography, recordings, restricted items, or any Event-specific requirements. TicketSpa assumes no responsibility for these policies or for enforcement at the Event.
- Many Events enforce “last admission” policies; it is the Customer’s responsibility to arrive on time. Latecomers may be denied entry without a refund.
4. Refund Policy
- Refunds are governed by the TicketSpa Refund Policy, which provides refunds only for officially canceled Events.
- Postponed or rescheduled Events generally do not qualify for refunds unless expressly approved by the Organizer.
5. Ticket Delivery
- Tickets are primarily issued electronically via email in PDF format. Customers must provide a valid email address and check their inbox.
- Tickets may also be delivered via SMS or URL link to the Customer’s smartphone.
- For some Events, electronic tickets must be exchanged for physical tickets at the Event. Customers may need to provide identification and ticket confirmation for collection.
6. Organizer Responsibilities
- Organizers are responsible for all aspects of their Events, including planning, execution, rules, and customer interactions.
- TicketSpa facilitates ticket sales and provides tools for Organizers but does not control Event operations or assume responsibility for Organizer decisions.
- TicketSpa is not liable for Event cancellations, rescheduling, venue changes, or other Organizer actions, except where required to process refunds under the TicketSpa Refund Policy.
7. Limitation of Liability
- TicketSpa assumes no responsibility for injuries, losses, or damages occurring at an Event.
- TicketSpa is not liable for lost, stolen, or confiscated items, or for any operational decisions made by the Organizer or venue.
- By purchasing tickets through TicketSpa, Customers agree that their sole recourse for Event issues is with the Organizer.
8. Governing Law
- These Terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka, and any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sri Lanka.
